When will I receive my item(s)?

Items are shipped through our merchandise fulfillment center. Depending on the items ordered, you may receive your items in seperate packages.

Orders begin processing once placed. Upon reaching the "Fulfillment" stage, your order cannot be changed and is already on its way to you. You can expect to receive your order within 1-3 weeks from the date which it was placed.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are automated according to your region. Rates are calculated in real time (live) by our platform.


How do I start a return?

In order to start a return, please email with subject line: “Request for Return”. In the email, please provide your Order #, items to return, and the reason(s) for returning.

Please not we do not cover the costs of shipping for returns. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item(s). If your return is eligible to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please keep in mind we cannot process any returns exceeding 7 days after delivery, and for items not returned in their original condition (damaged, missing parts, etc). If a return is initiated and we do not receive the item(s) within 30 days, we cannot process the return.

When will I receive a refund for the return?

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notification that your return was received, and if it was approved or rejected (due to violating our policy).

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed directly onto your original method of payment. 

Can I do an exchange?

We can only offer an exchange & replace an item if it was arrived defective or damaged upon arrival. If you would like to make an exchange for the same item, please send us an email at

Can I cancel my order? 

To cancel an order, email us ASAP at Once the order has been processed and is is in Fulfillment status, we cannot accommodate your request.
